The Locker Room
Sarah Tamani was selected for New York Women, a one-month residency at The Locker Room curated by Samara Bliss in partnership with Creatively. Alongside other Brooklyn-based women artists, she created one of her most meaningful works to date—a tribute to the women who inspire her across time, culture, and discipline. The painting celebrates the intertwined power of cultural and political impact, with women at its core. During the residency, Sarah also modeled for Amanda Mehl’s fashion collection and acted in Winnie Cheung’s film Residency. The experience was defined by true artistic exchange and creative womanhood.
